Allison Stettler is an abstract artist working in fluid acrylic, based in Washington, DC. Her work begins not with a plan, but with a feeling — paint poured, tilted, and coaxed until something true emerges. No two paintings can ever be reproduced exactly, making every work genuinely one of a kind.
Allison has been painting since 2020, drawing inspiration from music, nature, and the world around her. Her titles reflect a wit and literary sensibility that runs through the work itself — irreverent on the surface, sincere underneath. She is a member of the Capitol Hill Art League (CHAL) and shows her work at CHAL exhibitions and participates in the CHAL Arts Walk on Capitol Hill annually.
